Woody Marks barely edges this one, and the reason is touches, not talent. He's playing more than half of Houston's snaps in a between-the-tackles committee role, while Brooks is capped in a complementary, short-yardage/pass-pro job for Green Bay and touches the ball on barely a fifth of snaps. Brooks does have the juicier team environment — a home favorite spot with a stronger implied total — but that game script means little when the offense isn't feeding him.
