U.S. Open - New York

🇺🇸 New York · 2015 · 8/31

HardGrand Slam

The women's US Open, a Grand Slam on outdoor hard in New York, with Monterrey and Cleveland in the same fortnight. The Laykold measures quick, and the return still bites: holds sit at 67%, aces are scarce and only about one set in nine reaches a tiebreak. Favourites are well protected and set totals stay compressed. Williams won it three times, Sabalenka twice. Best of three.
