Hong Kong Tennis Open - Hong Kong

🇭🇰 Hong Kong · 2015 · 10/12

HardWTA 250

A WTA 250 on outdoor hard in Hong Kong, in the Asian stretch with Ningbo and Tokyo. The court measures much faster than these players are used to, but the serve gains little from it: holds sit at 66%, aces are scarce and tiebreaks decide barely one set in twelve. Returners who take the ball early thrive, though two thirds of matches still end in straights. Fernandez, Shnaider and Mboko have all won it.
