How Agent Picks are selected

Agent Picks runs every Stat Pick research signal through an LLM agent to ship the day's top conviction props.

1Algorithmic shortlist

Every player matching our matchup, splits, and recent form criteria starts as a candidate.

2Quantitative scoring

Each candidate is ranked by line value, historical hit rate at this line, and matchup edge. Vetoes apply for poor splits, availability risks, or red flag combinations.

3Diversification

Picks are spread across games, stats and sides, so the day never leans on one matchup.

4AI agent review

An LLM agent reads the full research dossier (opponent shots-allowed and shots-for ranks, ice time and power-play deployment, goalie workload and confirmed starts, AI analysis excerpts) and picks the day's top conviction plays.
